Project: Fore Street, St Marychurch.

Brief: The acquisition of what was the former Snooty Fox Pub and upper floors above which comprised of seven, two bedroom apartments. The pub has since closed and planning permission has been granted for change of use to a large retail premise. The seven apartments above were all fully refurbished and remain part of our rental investment portfolio.
Fleet Street, TORQUAY.
Project: Fleet Street, Torquay.

Brief: The refurbishment of a prime retail premise situated in Torquay town centre including the conversion of the upper floors into three, two bedroom apartments.
RIVERVIEW Court, PLYMOUTH.
Project: Riverview Court, Plymouth.

Brief: To convert a dilapidated office block back into residential accommodation comprising of six, two double bedroom apartments, boasting far reaching river views.
The development was well received and won the award of 'Best change of use of an existing building or conversion by 'Plymouth Councils Building Control Awards' in 2019.
